Health and Safety

All attendees of Elden Ring: A Night in the Lands Between (the “Event”) will be required to wear face coverings, regardless of vaccination status, at all times unless actively drinking or eating.

Face coverings must: (i) fit snugly over the nose, mouth, and chin with no large gaps on the outside of the face; and (ii) be a solid piece of material without slits, exhalation valves, visible holes, punctures, or other openings.

Please do not attend the Event:

If, in the past 24 hours, you have experienced any of the following symptoms: Cough, shortness of breath, fever (100.4° F or above), chills, fatigue, muscle aches and pains, sore throat, headaches, new loss of taste or smell.
If, within the past 48 hours, you have had close contact with an individual who tested positive for, or was diagnosed with, COVID-19.
If you are currently awaiting COVID-19 test results due to an exposure or are experiencing symptoms.
These requirements and guidelines are subject to change. Any changes to this COVID-19 Policy will be posted digitally on this page, or directly communicated to you by an authorized BNEA representative.

COVID-19 Notice

Participation at the Event shall be at your own risk. You acknowledge and understand that there is a risk of being exposed to or contracting COVID-19 (as defined by the World Health Organization) and any strains, variants, or mutations thereof (“COVID-19”) during or in connection with the Event. You acknowledge and expressly assumes the risk that you may be exposed to COVID-19 and the associated dangers, medical complications (including death) and physical and mental injuries, and associated economic losses, both foreseen and unforeseen, that may result from contracting COVID-19.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITY OR DEMANDS OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE AGAINST BANDAI NAMCO ENTERTAINMENT AMERICA INC. (“BNEA”), AND ITS RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASEES”) EITHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FOR PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE) THAT MAY ARISE IN CONNECTION WITH, OR RELATE IN ANY WAY TO, YOUR EXPOSURE TO OR CONTRACTION OF COVID-19 INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION CLAIMS RESULTING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES AND/OR THE INHERENT RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATION AT THE EVENT.
