Q: Where can I park?
A: The Bourbon Room does not offer valet service at this time. There is a parking garage on Ivar between Hollywood Blvd and Selma, which is half a block away from the venue entrance. Q: When will I get the commemorative ticket, poster, t-shirt and/or soundtrack?
A: For anyone attending the live event who purchase a ticket that includes the 'commemorative ticket', poster, T-shirt:
- Please pick up your exclusive event merchandise at the redemption counter within The Bourbon Room, prior to your show time. You will need to provide your photo ID to staff and size of T-shirt at the venue.
For all tiers who purchase a ticket that includes the ELDEN RING Original Soundtrack:
- One-time, downloadable links and redemption instructions will be provided through email used to purchase tickets. Be sure to check the correct email address used for your purchase.
HOST OF FINGERS ticket holders:
- You will be provided with a link for your Commemorative Ticket, as well as, the ELDEN RING Original Soundtrack to the email used to purchase your ticket. Be sure to check the correct email address used for your ticket purchase.
Q: Is there a dress code?
A: Patrons are invited to express their personal style while attending performances at The Bourbon Room.
Q: Do you Allow In’s and Out’s / Re-Entry?
A: Generally, yes. Please check with the door staff if it’s a specific event.
Q: Do you serve food?
A: Yes! A creative menu of upscale comfort food including a variety of entrees, shareable plates, salads, bar snacks, desserts, and a full list of signature cocktails, beers, wine, and non-alcoholic delights. All guests will be able to order from this ala carte menu. No outside food or drink will be permitted.
Q: I have food allergies. Can the special menu items be altered for my allergies? Are there any allergy warnings for the Prix Fixe meal?
A: Guests attending will need to relay all allergies to the servers, we will make sure to accommodate. However, we would like to disclose that the kitchen is not gluten free nor nut free or dairy free. Those that are purchasing the prefix dinner, should contact Bourbon Room ahead of time. We will be mindful of all allergies.
Q: Is there seating in the venue?
A: Yes, however it differs depending on each show. This event will have three seating areas based on which ticket you purchased and you will be seated first come, first served. Please refer to the ticket descriptions for more information. A seating chart will be available soon.
Seating in the Bourbon Room is cozy (think New York style). You may end up sharing a table or sitting next to someone you may not know. Prepare to make new friends! You may contact the House Manager at [email protected] to make any special requests. Please note, as performances often sell out, all special seating requests may be difficult to fulfil, but we will try our best.
Q: Is photography or filming allowed?
A: Photography for personal use is permitted, however there is no filming allowed.
Q: Is this event 21+?
A: If attending the live performance in person, the venue is 21+, however guests under 21 are welcome to attend so long as accompanied by a parent or guardian of legal age. IDs will be checked prior to entry. For those viewing on the livestream or VOD, the livestream and VOD are limited to 17+.
Q: I bought a ticket and now I cannot attend. Can I get a refund?
A: All payments for Transactions are non-refundable and non-transferable except as dictated by Stellar's Terms of Service
Q: Are masks required in the venue?
A: Yes, this event will require masks to be worn at all times when not eating or drinking. Please refer to the posted COVID-19 policy .
Q: I see there are multiple performances, do I need a ticket to each?
A: Yes, tickets are specific to each performance. You will need a ticket to each performance if you want to see both.
Q: Are bags allowed in the venue?
A: Bags should be no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”.
Q: Is there assistance for guests with disabilities?
A: The Bourbon Room is ADA accessible. To arrange ADA seating or inquire about assistance, we suggest you purchase your tickets first, and then an email to [email protected]. Please make sure your email includes the name of the purchaser, the show you are attending, what your seating needs are, and a phone number where the Bourbon Room can call you back.
